| Career Link offers an array of services to employers in the local community who have made the difficult decision to downsize or close. For large events (50 or more employees) on-site Pre-Layoff workshops can be held. We work with the employer to identify employee's training needs before the actual date of layoff. We provide intervention at the earliest opportunity to ease the disruption to employers, employees and the community when faced with a plant closing or mass layoff. For smaller layoffs (under 50), Career Link also provides informational packets and on-site workshops. |
