Our staff is constantly looking at curricula at various schools and training providers to determine if they offer good possibilities for an economically viable job. Training options are listed by school or training provider and then curriculum for each school.
You should be award that there are a number of factors that determine whether a particular individual will be funded for a program on the approved list. Our case managers will help you examine training options. We will discuss training options. We will discuss your prior education and experience, your goals, your economic situation, barriers, attitude and probable chance of success in a training area.
An individual can propose to add a new program to the Approved Training Program list and our staff will investigate the possibility to adding it.
Some areas are bolded. This means that funding in that particular curriculum is on hold as we examine the success rate or it requires permission of a supervisor before enrollment can take place.
The list is always changing with the addition and deletion of programs based on new data and requests for additions.
Placement on the Approved Training List means that the school and curriculum have passed a number of requirements, but this does not mean that your individual success can be guaranteed.
